About Order

1. Do you have any minimum orders ?

We don’t have minimum order, you can order from 1 piece of 1 item. 


2. How can I change my order?

You can change items in your shopping cart before submit the order.

If you have already submitted the order, please contact our customer service to change it.


3. Can I change the items in my paid order? 

So as not to delay your order, you couldn't delete or change the item including the color and size unless it is out of stock.


4. If I have submitted my orders, can I still add items to it? How can I change my payment method?
Contact our customer service to add for you or change payment method.


5. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment?
Yes, you can contact us before payment, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock.

But as you know, the stock is changing every hour, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.


6. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
You will receive a mail about it immediately if met the shortage, and you can make replacement, or just ask us to send out the ready items.

We'll recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your site account or PayPal account.


7.If I want to refund my Paypal account, how can I do that ?

You need to send a request to our Paypal account and will get a  refund once we received your request.


About The Account 

1. If I forget my account, how can I get it back?

You can login with the E-mail address which registered the account.


2. If I forget my password, how can I get it back?

Please contact our customer service with the account you registered on our site. We will help you reset the password.


About Drop Ship

1. How does your drop shipping work? Who will be the sender?

Please refer our DropShip page for the details. In order to make the packages pass custom smoothly,

The sender will neither be us nor you, it will be a person who works in Express Company or Post office.


2. I’m afraid my customers will know your website if I use drop shipping?

Your customers will never know our website, nothing about our site will be added on the packages.


About Customs Clearance

1. Is there any extra charge from you?

We won’t charge extra fee other than actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee.

Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank poundage of your payment. The order price does not include customs tax.


2. How can I avoid the customs tax?

We'll declare the package as gift and lowest value to help our clients avoid customs tax, but because of the complexity of

different countries’ customs tax policy, We cannot guarantee that parcel can pass customs without tax.


3. Why shipping companies charge me tax?

Usually, if there's customs tax, the shipping company will pay the tariff in advance to pass customs smoothly, and then charge you when deliver to you.


4. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom?

Sorry we can’t do this. Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box.

If you want us to send two or more packages, please place your order separately.


About Payment

1. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, please refer our Discount Page.


2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal / Bank transfer / MoneyGram / Western Union. please refer our Payment Page to get details.


3. I want to make payment by Credit card but don’t want to register Paypal account, is that OK?

Yes, you can choose PayPal as the payment method, then click the payment button and you will see

two options in the payment page. First is pay with paypal account, Second is pay with debit or credit card.


4. I have credited balance from my previous order how can I use it in my new order?

When place an order, there will be an option that you can choose to pay by balance.

If the blanace is not enough to pay one order, there is a blank to input and use it .


5. Why is there only US price in your website? I’m not from USA how can I pay you US dollars?

US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.

If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal.

For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us.

For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.


6. Why does the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?

Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some Third Party Banks charge you in the process

of telegraphic transfer. That’s because, if the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then

payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happen, the third party will charge the transaction

fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us.


About Shipping

1. How about your shipping fee?

Shipping fee is calculated automatically by system base on parcel weight. You may get the details in our Shipping Page. 


2. Why the shipping fee for my order so high /low?

Shipping fee bases on weight of parcel and destination. So the heavier your parcel is, the higher shipping fee you have to pay.


3. How long will it take to get my order?

Pls refer our Estimated time of delivery Page. 


4. How can I know the shipping fee when making orders?

All shipping fees are calculated by our system. You can try to add the items to cart then click “check out”.

Before submitting the order, you can see the shipping fee.


5. Why I can't check on website of China post air mail and EMS after receiving the tracking number?

They usually delay on updating the information on their website. So please be patient and check it some time later.

If you chose DHL, ARAMEX or Fedex, normally will be updated in 24 hours after we updated the tracking number.


Other Questions

1. Do you have a paper catalogue?

All of our styles are shown on the website and goods stock level changes every minute. So we don't issue paper catalogue.


2. How often do you add new styles?

About 30-60 styles will be uploaded each day, except weekends and legal holidays.


3. How is your size, do you carry special sizes?

90% of the summer clothes are in One Size(Regular), but for spring/autumn/winter wears, there're S, M and L sizes.

Usually you can refer details on sizes for each style in the product description.


4. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?

If the reference stock shows "0"  or "out of stock",then this item won't be restocked. If not ,it will be restocked around 3 days.
