② About price policy.
For different wholesale methods, the price will be different.
After you order from FcPlaza.com, you will get the corresponding integrals when we shipped the order ,
and you can check it in your user center, when your integrals reach certain levels you can get into the corresponding
member group, and the price will be less and less with your level become higher and higher.
③ About membership
For different member groups the price will be different too.
We divided the member into 5 groups: The Basic Member, Silver Member, Gold member, VIP and Super-VIP. For those 5 levels,
can get corresponding 0%off, 2%off, 4%off, 7%off, 9%off for prices as discount.
For those wholesalers, who can order 1 item in one color above 100 pieces, we will cut the price down by 10% off or even more.

④ About orders
No Minimum Order
We don't set any minimum order quantity, you can place your order from 1 piece, the price will be the same.
The quantity won't influence the price until you can reach 100 pieces per color per item.
Shipping Policy
We will take Express Service to ship your order, and the insurance policy will be the same with the shipping
company you select when you place the order, so you select the shipping company means you follow the service
policy of this shipping company, all of the shipping company listed on our site are all standardized of international
large-scale enterprises, so you can use them freely. for detail please visit our shipping page.
About customs
The shipping you pay to us is only for the fee to ship the order from our factory to your home，we won't charge you
any customs tax. Before you place the order please make it clearly, once there is any custom tax problem, we will inform
you to deal with it, for the fee produced by this, will be charged by you. As normal for most countries, there is no
any customs tax for those kinds of wholesale packages.
Quality Problem
All the products listed on our site are 100% new and in good condition, but if you meet some quality problem please
request the corresponding refund from FcPlaza.com, please following our Return and Refund Policy.
Out of stock case
We can only check our inventory condition every 5 days. With so many styles, the out of stock is inevitable,
The rate is less than 3%, which means there may be 3 styles meet the out of stock case for every 100 styles.
Once we find some out of stock styles in your order, we will deal with it as follow:
After receive your cleared payment, in 24 hours, we will get in touch with you by e-mail, then you have 3 choices:
1st, Refund you the corresponding money of the items and the shipping fee to the account.
2nd,Refund the money to your Paypal account.
3rd,You can replace with other styles .
Notes: If you use Western Union，Money gram or T/T , when you request the refund please give us your Paypal account
Or we can only refund the money to your account on our site.
For the missing package
Please fill the full consignee information when you place the order, we will ship your order according the address
you leave to us. If the parcel is missing is caused by the wrong information you provide，we shall not be liable for it.
If we wrote a wrong address information but you provided the correct one, then we will refund you fully including
the shipping fee and products price.
